About NECTA Board of Directors Staff

The New England Cable & Telecommunications Association, Inc. (NECTA) is a six state regional trade association representing substantially all private cable telecommunications companies in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.

NECTA staff includes full-time attorneys, legislative counsel and policy directors. For more than three decades, NECTA has represented the interests of the cable telecommunications industry before state and federal regulatory agencies, in the Courts, the Legislatures, and before the Congress of the United States.

The Annual NECTA Exhibition and Convention has earned a reputation as a major industry event featuring top speakers from business, sports and government.

An eleven-member Board of Directors fashions NECTA policy which is administered by the Staff. The President reports to the Board and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Association. An effective network of state executive committees has contributed greatly to NECTA's outstanding legislative session.
