System membership in the association is open to any private individual, firm or
corporation engaged in the business of bringing television reception to the
public by means of a cable television system.
Associate membership is available to individuals, firms, or corporations
engaged in the manufacture or distribution of equipment or material, or the
delivery of services used by cable television companies.
